Lead from the Sidelines: Coaching
We are seeking dedicated mentors to shape our football and cheer programs. If you are committed to teaching discipline, safety, and sportsmanship, we want you in the nest.
The Foundation: Board Membership
Our General Board is where vision meets action. We invite any community member dedicated to our mission to join our ranks.
The Path: New members are elected at our annual meeting. Your first year is your opportunity to learn the ropes of the organization, paving the way for future Executive Board eligibility.
The Standard: We pride ourselves on integrity. All members must maintain an active presence, stay current with organizational dues, and serve as positive ambassadors for the Eagles at all times.
Strategic Roles: Coordinator Openings
Help us run the league like a pro. We are looking for specialists in the following areas:
Community Partnership (Sponsorships): Connect with local Tallahassee businesses to secure the funding that keeps our program accessible. You’ll manage donor relations and brand recognition on game days.
Growth & Revenue (Fundraising): Design and execute creative events that rally the community and provide the financial fuel for our season.
Brand & Apparel (Merchandising): Own the look of the Eagles. You’ll curate, order, and manage the sale of our spirit gear and fan apparel.
Milestone Events: Coordinate the "big moments"—from scholastics awards to our season-ending celebrations and banquets.
Equipment Logistics: Work behind the scenes to ensure every athlete is outfitted with safe, high-performance gear.
